ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT POSITION
GLOBE WEALTH MANAGEMENT is a growing financial planning and asset management firm located in downtown Concord, NH and is currently looking to fill the Administrative Assistant position.
This job opportunity is ideal for someone looking for part-time flexible hours and/or for a local college student to gain real-world experience while continuing their education. [Students majoring in accounting, finance, business, marketing, communications, or office management would be well suited for this position]
This is a part-time hourly paid position with compensation to be based on the candidate’s work experience and qualifications. The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal background check prior to starting - FINRA/SIPC REQUIREMENT. Candidate will need to sign a Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation Agreement.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in ensuring efficient operation of the office
- Maintain the firm’s client relationship management software [REDTAIL CRM]
- Assist with the scheduling of client and strategic partner meetings
- Ensure that all important documents are securely filed and organized
- Answer phone calls
- Process the mail
- Maintain office inventory
- Assist with the firm’s marketing and communication initiatives
- Working knowledge of a Customer Relationship Management tool [CRM], Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft PowerPoint [A PLUS – NOT A REQUIREMENT]
