Regina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Le Moyne College, Syracuse, NY and began her career on Wall Street at E.F. Hutton and Company. After taking a position at Barclays Bank of NY Regina was promoted to Vice President and Trader for Barclays Bank, PLC and was responsible for managing Barclays US Funding Corp Commercial Paper Program and trading money market instruments.
