Welcome Sarah Fazio, Client Relations Specialist!
We are very excited to announce our newest addition to our Client Relations team, Sarah Fazio, as a Client Relations Specialist.
Sarah has more than a decade of in-depth experience in client relations, digital marketing, and data analytics. She has worked for firms such as QuickPivot, ownerIQ, Bose Corporation and Point32Health. Sarah brings expertise in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, ContentSquare, UserZoom, Microsoft Dynamics, SQL and more.
Sarah earned her MBA in Marketing, Leadership & Organizational Transformation in 2020 from Boston University, Questrom School of Business. In 2014, she earned her BS in International Business and a BA in Foreign Languages from Stonehill College.
As Client Relations Specialist at Globe Wealth Management, Sarah will be working with the Client Relations Team to provide exceptional client experience. She will ensure clients have prompt access to information and services, and timely updates on their accounts. Sarah will also assist in driving client engagement by encouraging clients to leverage digital tools such as AdviceWorks.
Sarah will leverage her wealth of knowledge in client analytics to assist the team with client experience initiatives, bringing the voice of the client into greater focus as we develop new programs and processes.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also likes to travel, bake, garden, and give back to the community by volunteering at the local food pantry.
